Ambassador Ido Aharoni is the Former Consul General of Israel in New York, and is currently Professor of International Relations at New York University, serving as Global Distinguished Professor for international relations. He is a 25-year veteran of Israel’s Foreign service, a public diplomacy specialist, the founder of the Brand Israel Program and a well-known nation branding practitioner. He has regularly appeared on national television and radio in the United States and has frequently published articles in the national and international media.
