Canada’s ambassador to Israel honours Senator Linda Frum

On the eve of Senator Linda Frum receiving an Honorary Doctorate from Hebrew University, Canadian ambassador to Israel, Deborah Lyons, hosted a special reception in Jerusalem to pay tribute to Senator Frum and her latest achievement.
