Giving to CFHU through endowments offers a number of flexible options. Donors can contribute to an existing Family Fund, create an enduring legacy by establishing and naming an Endowment Fund at CFHU, or make donations through a bequest.
The capital in a fund is invested with annual grants used to provide funding for your chosen area of interest. The earnings can be applied to one of Hebrew University’s seven faculties or at any of its more than 50 schools, institutes or research centres. It can be designated for student aid or toward vital research projects, and even to help the university’s immediate priorities.
Bequests also offer a number of options, for instance. For instance, CFHU can be named as a beneficiary of your estate. In this case, you indicate the amount and area of the designation of your choice, and your bequest will link your name to the Hebrew University, the State of Israel, and humankind’s quest for knowledge. A bequest may also be designated to an existing endowment fund established during your lifetime or that of a loved one.
