On Tuesday, May 13, 2014, the Winnipeg Chapter of CFHU held the 2014 Scopus Award Gala honouring Moses (Moe) Levy at the new Canadian Museum for Human Rights.  The evening was resplendent with spectacular décor, food, entertainment and atmosphere.  The nearly 500 guests dined on East Indian cuisine as well as Jewish delicacies, while been entertained by dancers, jazz musicians and a surprise flash mob.  The event was one of the most successful and enjoyable ever held by the Winnipeg Chapter.  Funds raised will support infrastructure and other priorities at the Institute for Medical Research Israel-Canada (IMRIC).  We are thrilled to announce that close to $1Million dollars was raised.  The event was an overwhelming success and we are truly grateful for the generous support.
