Jerusalem in IMAX Ottawa Premiere!

I've always been a big movie buff. Growing up in the 80s and 90s, I was privy to watch technology advance very quickly in regards to how we watch film, from VHS to Laser Disc to DVDS to BluRays. In the theatre, over the past decade we have seen some major accomplishments with 3D technology as well as films that use IMAX cameras that capture the most exquisite shots and landscapes

And now, the holiest of cities is getting the IMAX treatment and it's coming to Canada's national capital region.

On the evening of September 23, CFHU Ottawa invites to you to attend Canadian Premiere of National Geographic's Jerusalem, The Movie. This film celebrates Jerusalem's historical, spiritual, cultural and artistic uniqueness for the first time on the IMAX screen.  The film was executive produced by the late Jake Eberts, Academy award winner and recipient of the CFHU Key of Knowledge Award.  The evening will be MC’d by Victor Rabinovitch and will include a cocktail reception and a post screening Q&A session with the film’s writer, director, and producer, Daniel Ferguson.  All of the proceeds from the night will support joint Ottawa U / Hebrew U medical research. The event will take place at the prestigous Museum of Civilization, located in Gatineau, Quebec, just a few minutes from downtown Ottawa.

To our friends in the Ottawa area and surrounding areas, you do not want to miss this extraordinary film! And as always, you will be supporting a terrific cause. Click here to learn more, click here to purchase tickets, and to view a trailer and learn more about the film visit www.jerusalemthemovie.com
